  • What happens after you submit your enquiry form?
    Our team will reach out to you via email or WhatsApp to confirm our availability for your dates and provide a quote based on your details. Upon confirming the quote, a 50% deposit is required to secure your slot. A final breakdown of your mock-ups will be sent to you. Once the design and deposit have been accepted, we'll commence work! A final invoice will be sent, and upon receipt of the final payment, we'll arrive at your event, install, and do what we do best!
  • What information do I need for an enquiry?
    Helpful things to include: Photos of the venue or space where you'd like the display A picture of the desired display or any inspiration pictures The time frame for venue access to set up Collection time (if at a venue and you need it collected at a specific time) Dimensions specifying the display location (this helps in providing an accurate quote) Gender and age information
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept BIBD Bank transfers only, with details provided at the bottom of our invoice.
  • Are you only serving the Brunei-Muara District?
    Yes, while our core focus is currently Bandar Seri Begawan, we are also available to travel to different districts for an additional travel fee. Please contact us for more information.
  • What is your set up time?
    Depending on the type of display you choose, it can take approximately 3 to 4 hours. Larger displays will require more time.
  • I would like to cancel my booking, do you offer a refund?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, but we do allow date changes and will make every effort to accommodate your request. To change your order, we require a three (3) days' notice before your delivery/installation date. Changes requested within three (3) days will incur a 25% charge based on the original payment due for the ordered product.
  • How long do your balloon design last?
    We utilize high-quality premium branded balloons, including Qualatex and Sempertex. Additionally, we offer custom colors achieved by placing a balloon inside another (double-stuffed balloons), providing a more luxurious and thicker appearance. This ensures the quality and finish of our designs are top-notch. Under appropriate conditions, our displays can last for weeks. However, we cannot provide a guarantee.
  • What happens after the event?
    When hiring Synergic Events, the props are rented, and the balloons are purchased as they are bespoke-made for your event. We will collect the props afterward, and If balloons are attached to the props, we will need to remove them. If balloons are left behind, we will need to pop them.
