  • What happens after you submit your enquiry form?
    Our team will reach out to you via e-mail or WhatsApp to confirm that we are available for your dates and quote you based on your details. Upon confirming the quote, a 50% deposit is required to get you on the schedule. A final breakdown of your Mock ups will be send to you. Once the design and deposit have been accepted, we get to work! A final invoice will be sent, and once the final payment is received, we will show up at your event, install and do what we do best!
  • What information do I need for an enquiry?
    Things that are helpful to include: Photos of the venue or space you’d like the display A picture of the display if there’s something specific you’d like, or inspiration pictures The time we have access to the venue to set up  Collection time (if at a venue and you need it collected at a specific time) Dimensions where you’d like the display to go (this helps with giving an accurate quote) Gender and age
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    BIBD Bank transfer only, details at the bottom of our invoice.
  • Are you only serving the Brunei-Muara District?
    Yes, while our core focus is currently the Bandar Seri Begawan. However we are happy to travel to different district for an additional travel fee. Please contact us for more information.
  • What is your set up time?
    Depending on what display you have it can take 3 to 4 hours approximately, bigger displays will take longer.
  • I would like to cancel my booking, do you offer a refund?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund, but we offer a date change and will try our best to accommodate you. If you would like to change your order, we require three (3) days’ notice in advance of your delivery/installation date. If within three (3) days, there will be a 25% charge to the original payment due to the product ordered.
  • How long do your balloon design last?
    We use high-quality premium branded balloons such as Qualatex and Sempertex. We also create many custom colours, explained as a balloon inside a balloon (double-stuffed balloons), making them look more luxe and thicker - ensuring that the quality and finishes of our designs are of the highest quality. Our displays can last weeks under the right circumstances, but we would never guarantee!
  • What happens after the event?
    When hiring the synergic events, the props are hired, and the balloons are purchased, as they are bespoke made for your event. We will collect the props back, and if balloons are attached to the props, we will need to pop them.
